This is a step-by-step demo of how to Generate a New Payroll from Bunifu ERP for Schools and Colleges.
Step 1: Click on the ‘HR & Payroll’ Module on the Bunifu ERP Dashboard.
Step 2: Then Click on the ‘Payroll Processor’ button on the left side of the ‘Staff Details’ window. The year’s calendar (Months) will pop-up.
Step 3: Right Click the month you’d wish to generate ow to Generate a New Payroll. Then select ‘New Payroll’ and finally ‘Process Payroll’ on the ‘Payroll Wizard’ (pop-up window). Upon clicking ‘Process Payroll’ wait for about 10s for the system to process the payroll.
Step 4: Right Click on the same month. A list of options will show up. Choose ‘Summary’ or ‘Deductions’ and ‘Payroll Summary’ or ‘NSSF’/’NHIF’/’Tax’ subsequently; then choose the dapartment you want so as to generate a report for specific staff.
Step 5: Download to your PC or print the document directly.
