This is a step-by-step demo of how to Make a Payment on Bunifu ERP for Schools and Colleges.
Step 1: Click on the ‘Expenditure’ Module on the Bunifu ERP Dashboard.
Step 2: Then Click on the ‘Make Payment’ button on the top left side of the screen. Here, a dialogue window will open where you will key in the person/entity receiving the payment, description of the payment, the votehead within which the payment falls into, the payment mode (cash/cheque), reference number and the amount of payment to be made.
Step 3: Verify the the information you have keyd in and then click the ‘Make Payment’ button on the dialogue window. Here, a ‘Payment Voucher’ will automatically be generated and you can save on your PC or print directly.
