This is a step-by-step demo of how to make and view Imprest Register on Bunifu ERP for Schools and Colleges.
Step 1: Click on the ‘Expenditure’ Module on the Bunifu ERP Dashboard.
Step 2: Then Click on the ‘Imprest’ button on the top left side of the screen. Here, a dialogue window will open where you will key in the imprest applicant’s name, the applicat’s ID/Personal Number, the department and the purpose of the imprest applied for.
Step 3: Verify the the information you have keyd in and then click the ‘Next’ button on the dialogue window. Here, a dialogue window will open where you’ll key in the source (account/votehead) of the funds, the payment mode and, the reference number and the amount.
Step 4: Click ‘Make Payment’ and ‘Confirm Payment’ on the dialogue window after confirming that the info keyed in is correct. Here, you will be able to view the imprest register after making the payment.
